Maria Kolesnikova is a member of the opposition coordination council. She tries to challenge Alexander Lukashenko and has played an important role during the mass demonstrations and strikes by protesters in the last few weeks.
Someone had seen how Kolesnikova was pushed into a dark van by some masked men in central Minsk.
